Lauren is a yogi, actor, and mom. She has a passion for nutrition, inspired by the science of Ayurveda. Lauren began her yoga journey in 2000, and found that not only did she receive physical benefits, but was moved and inspired by the spiritual aspects of the practice. In Lauren’s class you will find powerful flows, strong attention to alignment, and thematic connectivity to the mind and spirit. Her hope is that her students leave class with the ability to integrate what they have found on the mat into their daily lives.

 Lauren completed her 200hr training at Sonic Yoga, and her 500hr training with Hathavidya. She is also a certified Prenatal Yoga instructor. Lauren has completed an Ayurveda & Immunity course as well as an advanced training in Applied Anatomy with the Prema Yoga Institute. Most recently, she earned a certificate in Nutrition from the Stanford Center for Health Education.

Lauren is the creator of Yoga for Alex, a movement created in honor of her brother, raising awareness around mental illness with all donations going to the Hope for Depression Research Foundation.
